Liverpool & player close to full agreement on personal terms, transfer could be done in June

Image
Liverpool are reportedly close to a full agreement with Brighton midfielder Alexis Mac Allister as they hope to get the deal done as soon as possible. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, writing from his official Twitter account, the Reds could get this transfer all sealed by June, with the Argentina international seemingly quite likely to accept a move to Anfield if his information is anything to go by.  Liverpool need a midfield  overhaul this summer, with Mac Allister looking like a perfect fit for Jurgen Klopp’s style of football. LFC are set to bid farewell to James Milner, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain at the end of this season, and they arguably never truly replaced influential former star Georginio Wijnaldum. Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara have also not been at their best this season, so Mac Allister looks an ideal signing to help Klopp get this team firing again next term.

Image
Darwin Nunez’s debut season at Liverpool has been a mixed bag of impressive goals and baffling misses, and he continued this trend in their recent match against Brentford. Mo Salah gave Liverpool an early lead finishing off a brilliant move to make it 1-0. And Darwin Nunez had a chance to make it 2-0 when Trent picked him out from the midfield with a gorgeous pass. But the Uruguayan failed to convert from 6 yards out as he fired it wide.

Jurgen Klopp and LFC planning €100m offer to sign 25-year-old Brazil international at Liverpool

Image
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is a big fan of Newcastle United star Bruno Guimaraes According to Fichajes, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has identified Newcastle United star Bruno Guimaraes as the key cog in his midfield rebuild. The Reds have an ageing midfield and are in immense need of a revamp. The upcoming summer transfer window presents Klopp with the ideal opportunity to strengthen his roster. Liverpool in recent years have earmarked certain players to fit their system and this summer is the same. The man on their radar is Guimaraes, who is a key cog in Newcastle United’s rise up the table. The 25-year-old is in the prime of his career and has transformed Eddie Howe’s side. Klopp is sold on the idea of bringing him to Anfield and there is little argument that the Brazilian will add energy to this Reds’ outfit. Liverpool could test Newcastle’s resolve with a €100m offer but even if the Reds cough up the money, it remains far from certain that they will sell. With middle east...

Now, one heavily-linked ace has been tipped to find success at Anfield by fans of his former employers. The same names have had a habit of cropping up in recent weeks when it comes to players who Jürgen Klopp may target as a potential reinforcement for his midfield this summer. By now the majority of observers will be well-acquainted with Ryan Gravenberch who has been linked with a move to Liverpool from Bayern Munich ahead of the upcoming transfer window. The former Ajax wonderkid has struggled to settle at the Allianz Arena since moving there last summer from Ajax, but will still be high up on the wishlists for a lot of supporters in the next few months.
